Do all seniors qualify for this program?

All seniors who are at or below the 80% AMI (average median income) for Broomfield and are 65+ before Jan. 1, 2024. The AMI is the combination of the annual income of all household members 18+, and it’s based on how many people live in the home. The table below gives you the maximum amount of annual income to be earned by a family size to qualify for this program.
