Room Reservations

Permits are contingent upon no changes in current Covid numbers or in Public Health Guidelines. CCOB reserves the right to withdraw the permit at any time. 

  • Rooms are available with some capacity limitations to allow for 6 foot spacing (subject to change following COVID guidelines on the actual reservation date).
  • All groups should follow physical distancing guidelines (6 foot spacing between non-family members) and attendees are required to wear masks or face coverings.
  • Food services are permitted following state health department food service guidelines. No self-service stations involving shared utensils or handles. 
  • Attendees should refrain from mixing and mingling with others not in their household during events as much as possible, including no shared dance floors.
  • Maintain an attendance record for possible contact tracing if needed.
  • Signature on the reservation agreement is viewed as an affirmation to comply with physical distancing, face coverings, registration, and sanitation procedures as outlined in the state health department indoor events guidelines.

The Broomfield Community Center (BCC) is an excellent choice for your next event, no matter how large or small. This community-centered building offers casual multi-purpose rooms, formal meeting rooms, and elaborate banquet rooms all under one roof. With ample parking and beautiful views, the BCC is the best spot in Broomfield for your event.

All room reservations at the BCC include tables and chairs, as well as WiFi access. Facility Room Setup Options Additional amenities are available for some rooms, such as Lakeshore, so please explore the options below to find the best fit for your needs.

BCC Facility Rental Policies

Banquet Rooms

Reservations for the Lakeshore Banquet Packages are continuously open, scheduling up to 2 years out. 

Permits are contingent upon no changes in current Covid numbers or in Public Health Guidelines. CCOB reserves the right to withdraw the permit at any time.

The Lakeshore Room offers a wonderful setting for your next special event. From weddings to Quinceañeras, the Lakeshore Room is a favorite in Broomfield with sweeping lake views, hardwood floors, a covered patio and kitchen access at an affordable price. 

At approximately 4,300 square feet, the Lakeshore room can be divided into three sections, or rented as one large room (required for banquet package).

  • Includes 6 hours of room time (this includes set up and clean-up)
  • Optional kitchen rental add-on:
    • Kitchen Option 1 - Walk-in fridge, ice maker, counters, coffee makers, rolling cart, punch bowls, water pitchers, microwave, steam/cold table

      Kitchen Option 2 - Use of the appliances, operated by a licensed and insured caterer (documentation required)

  • Includes seating for up to 275
  • Includes an event supervisor, exclusive use of the patio, an AV/sound system and all tables/chairs.

Meeting Rooms

Reservations for meeting rooms are available as follows:

  • January 2 for Mar-May events
  • March 1 for June - Aug events
  • June 1 for Sept-Dec events

Meetings rooms are a great option for seminars, trainings, film screenings and more.

  • 435 square feet
  • Located on the first floor of the building 
  • Each accommodates up to 22 people  

Burns Conference Room

  • 252 square feet
  • Located on the first floor of the building
  • Accommodates up to 17 people 

Overland Conference Room

  • 252 square feet
  • Located on the second floor of the building 
  • Accommodates up to 17 people 
  • Overland Terrace may be added with the rental of the room (Additional fees apply) 

Multi-Purpose Rooms

Reservations for multi-purpose rooms are available as follows:

  • On January 2nd we begin taking reservations for for Mar-May events
  • On March 1st we begin taking reservations for June-Aug events
  • On June 1st we begin taking reservations for Sept-Dec events

Because of the unique nature of the multi-purpose rooms, these rooms do not allow for a change in set-up. Multi-purpose rooms are a great choice for Scout meetings, craft groups and other gatherings that enjoy a more informal atmosphere.
