Public Notices
Public Notices are sent out as notification of an open meeting. Whenever three or more members of the “local public body” (Mayor and/or Councilmembers) get together and public business is discussed or formal action may be taken, the gathering is a “meeting” and open to the public.

Community Assistance Center
The Community Assistance Center is an extension of the City and County Manager’s Office, and provides a variety of services and information.

Charter Review Committee
The Charter Review Committee will conduct a comprehensive review of the form of government set forth in the Charter. Broomfield currently has a Council-manager form of government, with an elected at-large Mayor and 10 elected council members, two from each ward. The City Council is currently structured to be part-time. The City Council sets policy and adopts the budget, while the City Manager is responsible for the day-to-day activities.
