Service Reopening


Thanks to your patience and perseverance to protect our community, public health officials support a slow and guided access to increased City and County of Broomfield services, starting June 1. Please make an appointment by clicking above for the following and call from your car when you arrive. 

  • Marriage and Civil Union licenses 
  • Notary Services
  • payment: utility bills, property tax, sales tax
  • drop off property tax appeals
  • pick up coyote whistles and trail maps
  • pet licensing 
The Community Assistance Center is an extension of the City and County Manager’s Office and provides a variety of services and information. For the convenience of our customers, we have consolidated most of our services into one, centralized location in the George DiCiero City and County Building.

The Citizen Assistants in the Community Assistance Center take this customer service attitude to heart and are committed to providing the best customer service possible and make every effort to make Broomfield citizens feel comfortable and at ease while conducting their business.

The Citizen Assistants are experienced employees who possess a great deal of knowledge about the City and County of Broomfield. They can assist with situations which may include problem solving, arranging communication with Broomfield’s elected officials or department heads, or providing information about the city and county in general. Citizens should feel free to communicate any comments, concerns, or suggestions to this office, and be assured that they will receive immediate, personal attention.
