Transcript request procedure:
This procedure is to be used to order all municipal court transcripts and proceedings. Please refer to the Chief Justice Direction 05-03 which can be found at the Colorado Judicial Branch website.
All transcript orders must be ordered on the required transcript request form JDF 4 VI.
