Navigator Services

What is it?

  • A Community Navigator is someone who can help you with resources or referrals when you don't know where to start, what is available or how to contact certain programs.
  • Although this program is through Broomfield Municipal Court, you DO NOT have to have a court case to sign up and participate. Everyone is welcome!

What types of resources are available?

You and your family are as unique as your needs and therefore, one referral is not like any of the rest. Some common referrals are (but not limited to):
  • Assistance with ID's, birth certificates or social security cards,
  • Referrals for food, housing or transportation,
  • Mental health treatment and medication, (counseling services)
  • Substance abuse treatment (detox, inpatient, outpatient, MAT, sober livings),
  • Employment,
  • Shelter information (homeless or victim),
  • Educational resources (k-12, GED, college and/ or financial aid, BVSD, Adams-12),
  • Medical
  • Narcan
  • Clothing
  • Referrals for Medicaid

*Please note, funding is NOT available in office, this is a referral source only.**

All of these services can be extremely difficult to navigate if you do not know where to start. Let the Broomfield Municipal Court Navigator point you in the right direction.

Where do I go? What do I do?
