We all need a little help at times.  The City and County of Broomfield offers a variety of benefits to assist individuals and families in our community that qualify.

We offer assistance in the form of financial, food (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program/SNAP) and medical programs.  We provide specialized programs such as child support services, rental assistance, child care assistance and Employment & Training benefits in conjunction with SNAP participation.  Click the link(s) below for additional program information.

Cash Assistance Programs

Colorado's cash assistance programs help eligible families with dependent children and adults with very low incomes with a monthly cash payments.

Food Assistance Program 

The food assistance program provides monthly food assistance benefits, as part of a federal nutrition program, to help low-income households. 

Medical programs provide health insurance and/or benefits to low and moderate income households.

Broomfield's rental and mortgage assistance programs provide emergency assistance for Broomfield residents who are struggling to pay their rent or mortgage.
