The Abstract of Assessment is a compilation of all real and business personal property located within the boundaries of Broomfield County. The assessor is required to file this report with the Property Tax Administrator annually. The assessed valuations provide source information for the Administrator's annual report to the Governor and General Assembly, other governmental agencies and taxing entities.
Certification of Values is a process by which the assessor reports value to each taxing entity for property within the county's boundaries. The taxing entity uses these values to develop a budget for the upcoming year.

Annual Mill Levy Report
This report lists all the mill levies received by Broomfield for the most recent year. Taxing Authorities must send their mill levies to the county no later than December 15 of each year. For more information on this process, check out the FAQs on mill levies.
