Police Divisions and Units

The Broomfield Police Department is organized into three bureaus with several divisions, units, and teams organized under each. The bureaus include Field Operations, Special Operations, and Support Services.

Animal Services encourages responsible pet ownership. Owning a pet is a privilege, but is also a big responsibility. Animal laws protect public health and safety, and keep owners from allowing their animals to be a nuisance to their neighbors. These laws also protect animals from cruel treatment, neglect, and injury. Find out about the services Broomfield Animal Services offers.
