1. Can I send a fax request?: Unfortunately, we are unable to process a request from the public without receiving payment.

2. Can you email me a copy of my report?: At this time we are unable to email reports.

3. How much does a copy of a report cost?: The charge is $5 for the first 10 pages and $.25 per additional page. Please see our fee schedule on the Records Unit page for more information.
