The City and County of Broomfield has discontinued City Council meeting call-in services. This change took effect following the March 11, 2025 City Council meeting, meaning that call-in services will no longer be provided beginning with the March 18, 2025 City Council meeting. The change was made due to the vendor no longer continuing to offer these services.
In 2024, only 95 individuals utilized the phone service during city council meetings, which represents a small fraction of the number of individuals who choose to participate through written correspondence or by providing in-person comments at the meetings.
Broomfield residents can participate prior to or during City Council meetings
- Prior to a meeting: provide written comments via email; all comments are included in the official council meeting records
- During a meeting: attend a meeting in person to make a general public comment or to comment specifically on something that is within that meeting’s agenda
This change to the call-in service will not impact the broadcasting of the city council meetings through the City and County of Broomfield website or on Channel 8. Visit the Broomfield.org/CouncilMeetings web page for more details on participating in meetings, links to watch live meetings and access to agendas, minutes, meeting packets, videos and other documentation.
