Transition to Prequalification Process for Professional Services

As part of Broomfield's ongoing modernization and process improvements, we are discontinuing the Solicitation of Interest and Qualification (SOIQ) and transitioning to a prequalification process for specific service needs.

Under this new process, selected vendors will enter into Master Service Agreements. As projects arise, our teams will utilize the Prequalified Vendor list to fulfill the necessary work for Broomfield. We anticipate soliciting the following list of services, subject to change, during the first two quarters of 2026:

  1. Transportation Engineering and Design
  2. Structural and Civil Engineering
  3. Water Resources Engineering, including Drainage Design
  4. Landscape Architecture
  5. Transportation Planning
  6. Architectural & Facilities Services
  7. Technical Investigations and Field Services (Geotech, Survey, SUE)

All information regarding opportunities to become a Prequalified Vendor will be posted on BidNet. If you wish to be notified of these prequalification opportunities for different services as they become available, we strongly recommend you sign up for BidNet and ensure all notification settings are active. BidNet is free to participate and is used by many entities in Colorado and around the United States. You will be able to identify all categories which you wish to receive notifications, as well as view other opportunities outside of Broomfield.
