Project Summary
The proposed improvements include new asphalt pavement, ADA accessibility upgrades, sidewalk repairs, and pavement striping. This work is part of the City and County of Broomfield's annual parking lot improvements program.
Work at these parking lots will be performed in a manner that minimizes impact on the public. However, please plan for temporary changes to parking and access during construction.

Background Information
The Parking Lot Repair/Replacement - Citywide Program’s purpose is to improve the asphalt pavement, reconstruct ADA ramps and enhance sidewalk accessibility.
Year 2025 projects included the George Di Ciero Building and Outlook Park, both identified as top priorities for repair. This year, Phase 3 of the GDC parking lot and the Depot Museum lot will be completed. The annual program evaluates and prioritizes parking lots based on remaining service life (RSL) ratings.
The GDC and Outlook Park projects were advertised for bid in June 2025 and bid proposals were received in July, 2025. Denver Dirt Works, Inc. was selected to perform the construction work. The Depot Museum will be advertised for bid early this year.
