Chapter 5-36
A sexually-oriented business is described as an adult arcade, bookstore, novelty store, video store, cabaret, adult motel, motion picture theater or nude model studio.
Sexually-Oriented Business Licenses expire one year from the date of issuance and may be renewed only by making application.
