Water/Sewer Utility Bill Payments
We accept payments made by check, money order, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover.
(Cash is accepted in person at the Community Assistance Center in the main lobby of the George Di Ciero City & County building.)
Automated Phone (IVR)
You must have your utility account number in order to make automated phone payments.
(There are no additional fees.)
Upon successfully completing a payment, you will be given a confirmation number for your records.

If you receive a paper copy of your bill, please include the remittance stub and use the pre-printed return envelope to mail the payment to our Wells Fargo processing center in Denver.

When utilizing your bank's Online Bill Pay service, please ensure that all of your account information (including the account number) is up to date. If the payment is not transferred electronically, the check should be mailed by the financial institution to the City and County of Broomfield.
