Our department is open to the public for payment processing from 9 am to 4 pm. You may pay by cash, check, or card. Please note, that if paying by card, there is a 2.65% convenience fee (minimum $1.25). The Building Division does not accept electronic checks for payment.
If you are mailing in a check, please include the permit or license number and make it payable to the “City and County of Broomfield” or "CCOB".

If you are mailing in a check for a permit, we will email your receipt, permit card, and you will be able to print your approved plans from the Online Portal. If your permit has rolled sets of plans, you will have to arrange a time to pick those up.
