Please do not email or fax contractor licenses to our offices (with the exception of Electrical Licenses because they do not require payment), If you would like to renew a license or obtain a new license please feel free to mail in your paperwork along with a check and we will email you back the receipt and copy of the license once it is processed.

Please Note: Tenant Finish and New Commercial applications will require 1 hard copy plan set as well as an electronic copy of the plans and permit application.
Plans or supporting information cannot exceed 20KB or 20MB!
If you are mailing in a check for permits we can now email back all documentation so an envelope is no longer required. If your permit has large documents or rolled sets of plans that cannot be emailed you will have to arrange a time to pick those up.
Due to the Corona Virus we are taking credit card payments by phone for permits. We will only take payment for licenses over the phone if they accompany a permit or are holding up a project! There is a 2.99% convenience fee that will be added if you decide to use a card credit card for payment.
