RTD FlexRide

What is FlexRide?

The FlexRide is for everyone.

FlexRide service is a curb-to-curb service available to Broomfield residents, employees, and visitors. FlexRide is your flexible neighborhood bus to connect to other RTD bus or train services at stations and Park-n-Rides or get direct access to shopping, schools, businesses, recreational centers, libraries, and more. This service is available to anyone as long as the trip falls within the service boundaries.

Advanced reservations are recommended as space is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations can be made up to 30 days in advance and in as little as ten minutes prior to pick-up time, based on availability.

Step-by-Step Guide

Determine your service area (Broomfield, Broomfield North, or Interlocken/Westmoor).
Choose your preferred trip booking method:
- Call 303-299-6000, select option 2, to talk to a customer care representative and make a trip reservation. Multilingual options are available.
  - For trips between service areas, the recommended method for booking is to call and speak to a customer care representative.
- To book online, register or login in to your FlexRide passenger account, select the applicable FlexRide service area and book a trip.
- Or try the new RTD FlexRide app. Features include:
  - Real-time location services integrate with RTD bus and train schedules
  - Responsive maps
Have the following information ready:
- Trip origin and destination, day, and time
- Whether the trip is a pick-up, drop-off, or roundtrip
- Special instructions (wheelchairs, scooters, walkers, etc.)
- The number of passengers

A three-hour local pass fare applies to the FlexRide. Proof of eligibility is required for all passengers using discounted fare products.

$2.75 fare for adults
$1.35 for those enrolled in RTD’s LiVE program - *ALL discount fares include travel to and from the Airport Fare Zone.
$1.35 discounted fare for older adults over 65, individuals with disabilities - *ALL discount fares include travel to and from the Airport Fare Zone.
$0 - Zero Fare for Youth (19 and under)
Active duty members of the U.S. military ride for free on all RTD services.
Proof of eligibility is required for all passengers using discounted fare products.
