Party Reservations for 2026 open on May 1, 2026

Celebrate at The Broomfield Bay Aquatic Park with a Party Reservation!

The Bay will be open to the public by reservation only, with designated session times to help manage capacity, reduce wait times, and enhance the overall guest experience.

Admission to The Bay is available through pre-purchased session reservations or a pre-scheduled party reservation.

Party packages are offered during each session and include a pavilion with tables and admission for up to 15, 25, or 50 guests. To ensure the best experience for all our guests, we kindly ask that you adhere to your confirmed party size when booking. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate additional guests beyond your reservation. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation! Guests attending a party may enjoy the park only during the reserved session time. The park will be cleared between each session. For parties larger than 50 guests, an After-hours event may be a better fit. Please see the details below for more information.

Party Reservations

To reserve a party at The Bay, please submit a request through B-REx.com. Requests are reserved in the order they are received.

Session Times:

10:00 AM – 1:30 PM
2:00 PM – 5:30 PM
6:00 PM – 9:30 PM (Mon/Wed/Fri only)

How to Reserve a Party at The Bay:

To reserve a party at Broomfield Bay, please submit a request online at www.B-REx.com. At the top of the page, click Reserve, then select The Bay and choose Private Party. You can also filter by your preferred date using the options on the left.

Resident Rates:

To receive resident pricing, you must have a Resident ID Card in your account. New accounts created online default to non-resident status until residency is verified in person at the Broomfield Community Center or Paul Derda Recreation Center. We recommend updating or obtaining your Resident ID before booking.

Party Reservation Guidelines:

Reservations must be made under the parent or guardian's name listed on the account. This person will be the official permit holder.
The permit holder must check in the party, be present during the entire party, and is responsible for all guests.
Once your reservation is confirmed, change and cancellation fees will apply.
If you’re unable to reserve online, you may pick up a paper reservation form to complete and submit. Paper requests are processed in the same order as online submissions.
Please allow at least seven days' notice for party reservations. Payment is due at the time of booking.

Group Reservation

We will start accepting Group Reservations (Summer Camps or Daycares) at The Bay on March 1, 2026. Visit B-REx.com for more information.

Looking for a more private experience? After-hours party reservations are available for larger groups and allow exclusive use of the park after regular hours with access to our pools for your event without the hassle of daily crowds. Afer-hours parties are offered on a limited basis, Tuesday, Saturday, and Sunday. To make a reservation or check availability, please visit www.b-rex.com, click on Reserve, The Bay, Private Party, and then filter by your desired date.

Rooms at the Broomfield Community Center

The Broomfield Community Center (BCC) is an excellent choice for your next event, no matter how large or small. This community-centered building offers casual multi-purpose rooms, formal meeting rooms, and elaborate banquet rooms all under one roof. With ample parking and beautiful views, the BCC is the best spot in Broomfield for your event.

All room reservations at the BCC include tables and chairs, as well as WiFi access. Additional amenities are available for some rooms, such as Lakeshore. For more information on BCC rooms, click here.

Parties at the Paul Derda Recreation Center

Celebrate at the Paul Derda Recreation Center and take advantage of one of our party packages which includes the use of a party room, located directly off of the pool area conveniently equipped with refrigerators, sinks, and microwaves. All party packages include a party room 2 hours and use of the facility amenities. Check out our Tumble and Play or Pottery Birthday Party options too, there's something for everyone!

We'd love to have your group visit! PDRC Group Reservations can be requested by visiting b-rex.com to submit your request.

Paul Derda Recreation Center Food Policy

Please do not bring full meals to the recreation center unless you have a room reservation. Cake, ice cream, cupcakes, pizza, party subs and any other similar foods are only permitted with a room rental. Glass containers are not allowed in the facility. Snacks and non-alcoholic drinks are welcome. Coolers will be checked.
