Clinica Family Health and Wellness - Broomfield Clinic

Healing Trails Counseling and Therapeutic Services

- Charlie Health's virtual treatment programs create long-term healing and connection ages 8-64 for those that need more than once a week therapy. Whether you have anxiety, depression, trauma or any other mental health conditions, through a combination of group, individual, and family therapy, they create a tailored treatment program for each of our clients. - Breathe Free Broomfield, a new program from Broomfield Public Health and Environment (BPHE) offers multiple options to help teens quit vaping, including Nicotine Replacement Therapy and peer support. All services are free, confidential, LGBTQ+ friendly, and available to teens (ages 14+) without guardian consent or notification.
My Life My Quit (Teens Only)
- My Life, My Quit™ is a free and confidential way to quit smoking or vaping. Text "Start My Quit" to 36072 or visit co.mylifemyquit.org to learn more. For anyone age 12-17.
- 1.800-QUIT-NOW (800-784-8669) The Colorado Quitline is a free service available in English and Spanish to Colorado residents 15 and older. Children's Hospital Colorado: Mental Health Services for Pregnant and Postpartum Women
- The Healthy Expectations Perinatal Mental Health Program at Children's Hospital Colorado supports pregnant women and women struggling with mood and anxiety issues after delivery, as well as their families. Provides evaluations for psychiatric and psychosocial concerns in the perinatal period along with group therapy and medication management.

Colorado Women’s Behavioral Health and Wellness- CU Anschutz Department of Psychiatry
Virtual and in-person mental healthcare for women and individuals with reproductive health needs, accepting most insurance and Medicaid.
