Ways to Quit with Breathe Free Broomfield

Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) - FREE

NRT helps reduce cravings while you quit vaping or quit other nicotine products. It gives your body a smaller, safer dose of nicotine — no vape needed — so quitting feels a little easier. You’ll meet with a friendly nurse to see if this option is right for you; it’s just a short chat about your vaping habits.

NRT options include:

  • Patches
  • Gum
  • Lozenges

If NRT is a good fit, you’ll come back for a few short follow-up visits to check progress and adjust your plan. Everyone is eligible to earn up to two gift cards for completing NRT appointments or peer support sessions.

Peer Support - FREE

Drop-in peer support is available every Thursday from 4:30–5:30 PM at the Broomfield Library. One-on-one support is also available. Reach out to learn more or schedule a time.

  • Talk with someone your age who understands what you’re going through
  • Make a quit plan together
  • Learn strategies to handle stress and cravings
  • Get answers to your questions
  • Even earn gift cards for participating!

Anyone can join peer support — you don’t have to be using NRT to take part. Doing both NRT and peer support together can lead to the best results. Everyone is eligible to earn up to two gift cards for completing NRT appointments or peer support sessions.
