- Share and preserve your Broomfield story in the Broomfield History Collection and Friends of Broomfield History.
- Ten stories will be curated from all stories gathered to be paired with an artist who will create new work retelling Broomfield stories.

What's Your Story?
Phase 1 of the Broomfield Out Loud project concluded on February 29, 2024. While no stories recorded after this date were considered for Phase 2 of the project, the Broomfield Arts and History team continues to welcome the sharing of oral histories.
By the end of February 2024, the Arts and History team had recorded 65 oral history interviews with Broomfield residents or individuals with stories about Broomfield. All 65 stories were fully transcribed using AI software and then carefully reviewed and edited by dedicated volunteers and history staff. You can listen to all of the oral histories collected for the Broomfield Out Loud project by clicking here!
Those who still wish to share their story and have it recorded are encouraged to email the Arts and History team at ArtsAndHistory@Broomfield.org. The team is always eager to add more oral histories to the Broomfield historical collection.

Storytelling Workshop
In late 2023, the Writing education organization, Lighthouse Writers Workshop brought in one of their storytelling instructors to host this storytelling workshop to members of the Broomfield community. These workshops were designed to ignite inspiration and provide storytelling tips and tricks.
