Colorado residents age 16 and older may obtain a free Broomfield library card with both of the following:
- Photo identification
- Proof of current address (on photo i.d., a piece of first class mail or a bill/account on your mobile phone)
Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to receive a library card. Parent or guardian will need to show their photo identification and proof of current address for the child to receive a library card.
Registering for a card online is the first of a two step process and will allow access to the library's research databases for 14 days but will not allow access to ebooks/eaudio books, placement of materials holds or checkouts. To complete registration and receive your library card, stop at the Broomfield Library circulation desk with your photo ID and proof of current address.
