Lisa is a Certified Cancer Exercise trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine, and a 2-time cancer survivor.
Her personal motivation for becoming a Cancer Exercise Trainer began when she was originally diagnosed with breast cancer at age 30.

The 10-week cancer exercise training program covers cardiovascular and strength training, flexibility and balance, health and nutrition, environmental cautions, lymphedema care and neuropathy.
