Broomfield administers a very limited number of Housing Choice Vouchers from the Colorado Division of Housing. When the application waitlist is open, it will be advertised on the Broomfield Housing Authority webpage and in the Broomfield Enterprise. A current voucher holder may move to Broomfield by transferring their current voucher to the Colorado Division of Housing.

To apply for any apartment, either low income or market rate, you must contact the apartment management directly. Broomfield does not currently own or manage any rental units.

The United Way of Denver (Mile High United Way) also has current information of available shelter space in the Denver metro area. You may access their referral service by dialing 2-1-1.
