The focus of this class is to introduce middle school age girls (grades 6-8) to a variety of fitness formats to increase their cardio endurance, overall upper-lower body and core strength and flexibility . . . in a FUN way!
The TRX Suspension Trainer leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. You are in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise. Classes meets once per week for 40 minutes taught by a personal trainer.
Strength, cardio and mobility are the foundations for fitness. Each session of the program, participants will perform exercises in all three areas of fitness.
