In an effort to quickly update the community with new information following the event on March 12, we became aware that two legally confidential documents that were part of a confidential staff file folder inadvertently were made publicly accessible for a short period of time (18 hours) between March 15 and March 16. Both the documents and the subfolder in which they were contained were marked confidential, and the documents were marked attorney-client privilege and were never intended for public view. Staff has addressed the inadvertent disclosure and fixed the access permissions.
