[ARCHIVED] Crestone Peak Resources - COGCC Hearing Set

The hearing on Crestone's appeal of the hearing officer staying action on our protest to Crestone's Form 2/2A application is set for Thursday, February 27, 2020 at 9:05 a.m.

Crestone Peak Resources submitted an application to Broomfield to drill up to 44 wells at a location east of 1-25 near County Road 11 and North of 168th in Broomfield as shown on the map linked here.  Crestone has also applied to the Colorado Oil and Gas Conservation Commission (COGCC)  for Form 2A well location permit and Form 2 well permits.  Broomfield protested the Form 2/2A permits with the COGCC .  

The hearing on Crestone’s appeal of the hearing officer staying action on Broomfield’s protest to Crestone’s Form 2/2A application is set for Thursday, February 27, 2020 at 9:05 a.m. The location is:   Adams County Government Center, Public Hearing Room, 4430 S. Adams County Parkway, Brighton.

Phil Barber, Broomfield’s outside oil and gas counsel, will be arguing the motion. Please view the hearing officer’s order setting the hearing and staying the proceeding here.
