Leaves and Pumpkin Disposal

blue heading icons_fallleaves

Broomfield residents can drop off their fallen leaves and discarded pumpkins at the Tree Branch Recycling Facility at 2990 W. 124th Ave. Please note the limited dates and hours of operation below:

Leaves can be dropped off from Oct. 19 - Dec. 7
Pumpkins can be dropped off from Nov. 2 - Dec. 7

The facility is open Wednesdays 1 - 5 p.m. and Saturdays 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Pumpkins can be dropped into the roll-off dumpster provided at the facility. Please do not leave plastic bags, branches, or other yard debris as the pumpkins will be composted.

Leaves can be placed into the the tree branch pile. If leaves are in plastic bags, please empty the bag and take it home with you to reuse; no plastic bags should be left on site. Leaves will be chipped with the branches for mulch.

Please do NOT push your leaves into the gutter or street! The debris flushes into the stormwater system, which can plug storm drains and degrade the quality of ponds downstream.

Proof of residency is required.
