Anthem Ranch Road Reconstruction

News and Updates.....

Beginning the week of May 3, 2023, the City and County of Broomfield and their contractor, Asphalt Specialties Company, Inc., will begin reconstructing approximately 2,400 linear feet of Anthem Ranch Road from Hope Circle/Columbus Mountain Drive east to Lowell Boulevard. The project includes minimal concrete removal and replacement, soil subgrade processing to create a stable base for paving, and full removal and replacement of the asphalt paving.  Below is an anticipated street closure and work schedule for three stretches between Hope Cir. and Lowell Blvd.  Detour routes will be posted, and emergency access will be maintained.  Residents will be allowed vehicle access to their homes.

• Road Closure - Anthem Ranch Rd from Hope Circle/Columbus Mountain Drive to Red Cloud Way/Longview Drive (see map below)

• For local access, Anthem Ranch Rd will be open from Lowell Blvd west to Red Cloud Way/Longview Drive.  Through traffic will be detoured to the north access to Anthem Ranch Road from Lowell Boulevard.

Construction Schedule (weather and subcontractor availability depending):

1.  May 3-31:  Hope Circle/Columbus Mountain Drive to Red Cloud Way/Longview Drive (Road Closure - 29 days)

2.  June 1-23:  Red Cloud Way/Longview Drive to Aspen Lodge Way/Whetstone Drive

3.  June 26 - July 31: Aspen Lodge Way/Whetstone Drive to Lowell Boulevard
