PROJECT BACKGROUND
The 2022 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) budget includes funding to construct a traffic signal and intersection improvements at the intersection of West 136th Avenue and Aspen Street. This intersection currently meets traffic signal warrants as determined by the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD). Additionally, residential development around this area will continue to cause an increase in traffic at this intersection.
