Starting Monday, Nov 23 as a proactive measure, Broomfield’s City and County buildings will return to a ‘By Appointment’ model to further prevent the spread and to protect the health and safety of our community and employees. - Virtual appointments
- Limited recreation center & pool activities
In an effort to continue to provide the highest level of service to residents, the City and County of Broomfield will offer enhanced community support via:
- More online services
- More virtual programs & classes
- More curbside pickup options & activities
- Continued essential delivery services for seniors and vulnerable populations
- Continued public services at the Broomfield Library with slightly reduced hours

- Birth Certificates
- The cost for birth certificates is $20.00 for the first certificate and $13.00 for each additional certificate of the same record purchased on the same day. View or download the birth certificate application - English & Spanish.

To pay for permits in person by check or cash Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. please make an appointment or contact:

- Workforce Appointments

- Workforce Resource Center Room - Reserve your spot for up to 90 minutes to utilize our Resource Room that includes internet equipped computers, copy machine, fax, and phone for job search-related functions.
- Career Guidance - This is a one on one virtual meeting with a Workforce Specialist to discuss the next steps in your career development. This is an ideal option if you are interested in transitioning to a new line of work, want help identifying your transferable skills, or what to expect in terms of job availability and wages in a new industry.
- Job Search Assistance - This is a one on one virtual meeting with a Workforce Specialist to discuss your job search questions. This is an ideal option if you are wanting to get information or feedback on your job search strategy that includes where to look for jobs, best practices for finding work in today’s economy, and general advice on how to best showcase your skills.
