Public Swimming Pools and Spas Inspections
Environmental Health Specialists respond to complaints and annually inspect public swimming pools and spas to assure they are in compliance with the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment Swimming Pools and Mineral Baths Regulations. Methamphetamine Contaminated Structures
To protect Broomfield residents and future residents from Methamphetamine (Meth) exposure from residual contamination in structures, the Broomfield Public Health and Environment in conjunction with the Broomfield Building Department, when informed of a Meth contaminated structure, will: take action to prevent exposure, verify the appropriate actions are taken to remediate the contamination, document the actions taken to mitigate the contamination and render the structure fit for occupancy.
