Housing Division

Working in partnership with the community, Federal and State housing funding and regulatory agencies, developers, and neighboring communities, the Broomfield Housing Division provides a variety of housing programs to meet the diverse and changing needs of Broomfield residents to enhance their quality of life.

Currently, the City and County of Broomfield does not own, operate or manage any housing of its own. Additionally, Broomfield Housing Division cannot provide legal advice or be involved in tenant-landlord disputes. However, Broomfield partners closely with a number of community and non-profit organizations that provide housing services and assistance. Additionally, Broomfield Housing Division works to allocate federal dollars to assist low-income individuals and families. Please find links to available housing resources below.

To inquire about the availability and/or apply to any of the Broomfield Apartments, please contact the complex directly.
