The City and County of Broomfield’s water/sewer bill payment system is available through a partnership with Paymentus, an independent company that provides a free, self-service application for Broomfield’s utility customers.  This service allows you to review your account details online or by automated telephone, with no additional fees.

ONLINE BILLING/PAYMENT OPTIONS



Quick Pay
(***No need to set up an online account.***)
You will need a current statement for your customer account number, as well as the information for your method of payment:
  • Credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover)
    OR
  • Bank account information (routing/transit # and checking account #)
Upon successfully completing a payment, you will be given a confirmation number for your records.

Online Account
(***You must have your customer account number in order to initially set up an online account.***)
Establish a username and password, add your specific account(s), and then you will gain access to a variety of features:

  • Electronic/Paperless billing (opt in for "Paper Suppression")
  • View your account balance
  • Make one-time payments (under "Make a Payment")
  • Schedule recurring payments (under "Schedule a Payment")
  • Update your recurring payment method (under "Find a Schedule")
  • Review past statements (under "My Bills")
  • Track your usage history (under "My Accounts")


HOW TO SET UP AN ONLINE ACCOUNT


  1. Have a current statement available for your utility account number.
  2. Navigate to the Customer Dashboard.
  3. Select the Sign Up Now link.
  4. Complete the required fields.
  5. Select the Sign Up button. A screen will appear saying “You are now enrolled”.
  6. Select the Back To Login button. You will be redirected back to the Customer Dashboard screen, where you can enter the e-mail address and password that you provided during registration.
  7. Select the My Accounts tab.
  8. Select the Add An Account link.
  9. Enter the account number from your utility bill.
  10. To enable paperless billing, select the "Paper Suppression" checkbox. You will be able to view your monthly statements on the website as soon as they become available.
  11. Select the Add button.
You’re all set!
You can now perform a number of functions using the tabs across the top of the Customer Dashboard screen.


PAY BY AUTOMATED PHONE


To pay by telephone, dial 1.855.442.6900.
